Are your kitchen units pre-assembled?
Yes. We only ship rigid units, assembled by our workshop team here in Harrogate.
What grade of ply do you use?
We use B/BB grade birch plywood for all of our units (B interior, BB exterior).
What is your lead time if I place an order?
We would typically advise that our lead time is 2-5 weeks. However, if your requirement is urgent we can do our best to accomodate this – feel free to get in touch if this is the case.
How will my order be shipped?
We will send your ordered items pre-built, using a pallet service.
How are the units fixed?
We use pocket hole screws and glue to fix all units within our range.
What finishing options are available?
- Sanded: If you select this option we’ll ship your cabinets to you assembled, with sanded surfaces ready for a finish to be applied.
- Lacquer finish: This is a hardwearing option, which is sprayed on to both the interior of each cabinet, as well as to its front edge surface. A lacquer spray gives a subtle tint to the colour of the cabinet, while sealing it with a hardwearing matte finish.
